  • Any dividends and income attached to each share will be reinvested in the FCPE (Employee Shareholding Fund) and will thus increase the value of your assets.
  • You benefit from a 100 % of the potential share price increase if the Technip Energies’ share price is higher than the subscription price. 
  • In case the share price decreases, your investment is not protected.
  • Your investment is subject to a lock-up period of five years.
