Reservation period:

You will be able to make your reservation by clicking on “Participate in ESOP 2023”.

The Technip Energies share reference price and the exchange rate will be fixed on June 16, 2026
The subscription price per share will be communicated to you.

From June 19 to 23, 2026
If you have made a reservation: you may cancel your entire reservation in either one or both formulas by clicking on “Participate in ESOP 2026”.

If you have not made a reservation: you can subscribe with a reduced investment cap to one or both formulas of ESOP 2026  by clicking on “Participate in ESOP 2026”.
