This Website is the property of Technip Energies N.V., a company incorporated under Dutch law with capital of € 1,505,800 000.00, based in Amsterdam and registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 76122654.; and having its registered office at Building ORIGINE, 2126 boulevard de la Défense, CS 10266, 92741 Nanterre CEDEX, France.
The website development is made by the firm Butterfly SAS, whose head office is at 14 boulevard du Général Leclerc 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine Paris, France. The content is hosted on computer equipment owned by the firm CLARANET SAS, whose head office is at 18-20, rue du Faubourg du Temple 75011 Paris, France.


2. Limitation of liability and guarantees


As a user of the Website, you acknowledge that you have the necessary skills and means to access and use this Website. Technip Energies and its contributors make every effort to ensure that the information provided on this Website is accurate and up to date, reserving the right to modify the content at any time and without notice. However, they cannot guarantee that this information is complete, or that it has not been modified by a third party (hacking, virus, etc.). Technip Energies and its contributors also accept no liability (direct or indirect) in the event of delay, error or omission with regard to the contents and use of these pages and in the event of the service being interrupted or unavailable.
You agree that you have been informed that the Website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure, server problems, problems caused by the telecommunications network infrastructures or other technical difficulties. No personal data is collected from Technip Energies employees directly by Butterfly via the Site (except via functional cookies and possibly statistics cookies)

Technip Energies may not be held liable for hyperlinks to other websites, and particularly for the content of those websites.
Technip Energies is not liable for hyperlinks from other sites to this Website and no such links may be set up without its prior written authorization.

8. Cookies


8.1 General information


When consulting the Site, your browsing information may be recorded in “cookies” stored on your device.
A cookie is a file that records information pertaining to your navigation on a website. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the site and enable various measures of frequentation.
These cookies are deposited during your browsing of our Site, either directly by us or by some of our partners. (See setting your cookie preferences in “Your choices regarding cookies”.)
Cookies are stored for 13 months.


8.2 Cookies issued by the Site


The session cookie whose name contains “PHPSESSID” is mandatory: it allows us to record your preferences concerning statistic cookie activation during your visits to the Site’s pages, is valid for the time of the Site visit, and is deleted once the page or browser has been closed.


8.3 Cookies issued by third parties via the Site


The Matomo audience tracking solution is included on the site: it deposits 2 to 7 cookies whose name begins with “_pk_” in order to track visits to the various pages for statistical purposes. These cookies remain active for 30 minutes (For “_pk_ses”) or 13 months (for “_pk_id”). No personal data is collected by this tool. The visitor’s full IP address (which would allow him or her to be identified) is truncated, showing only the city. This statistical tool is considered GDPR-compliant by the CNIL.


8.4 Your choices regarding cookies
